A stable and very user-friendly operating system for macintosh users

Pros: User-friendly, quite stable, great performance, great functions and utilities incorporated
Cons: The 'help' section could contain more information
The Bottom Line:
Excellent product for macintosh users as it gives you a safe and stable environment to work from.
Being a former pc user, I have recently converted to Apple (nearly a year now), purchasing a G4 powerbook 1.67ghz with Leopard OS X installed and I must say I am extremely happy with it. Having a family pack allows you to install the operating system onto other macintosh computer systems, which is extremely handy (as I will look to purchase another mac in the future). Overall, I have found this Operating system and it's environment to be very versatile and able to run multiple tasks at once without slowing down performance (obviously depending on computer RAM and speed). I can not help but compare it with pc's windows operating systems, such as windows 7 and older, where the mac's stability and being less prone to viruses is a major plus... hence the reason why I bought a mac in the first place. On the other hand, there are so many compatibility issues (and higher costs) if you wish to use many programs on your mac. Windows 7 and Vista for pc even has the ability to increase your RAM using a pen drive which is absolutely brilliant, but I am not aware of it being available using the Leopard software for mac.
On the whole, I would gladly recommend this operating system to any mac user. I have had no problems what so ever other than wishing that the 'help' section would offer more information, such as short-cut options and how to perform other various tasks (especially for newbies like me!). A tutorial would actually be brilliant.
