Pros: innovate design and interoperability with toddler seat
Cons: pricy, bad customer support, bad rear tire design.
Great. I wrote a long review only to have it lost when logging in.
Long story short. New unit had lopsided rear wheels. Called britax support, TWICE, for 20 minute holds, never picked up either.
had to go back to retailer to get a new unit. guess what. yup...lopsided rear tires again. makes for a hell of a bumpy ride.
