I purchased this camera about a month ago and I have to say that this has been one of the best point and shoot ultra compact cameras that I have seen on the market recently. This camera is very easy to use. All the controls are very intuitive and controls on the camera are easy to use. some of the ultra compacts on the market tend to have small hard to uses buttons, but the Canon has buttons that are easy to use and accessible. Image quality is amazing. The large LCD display is great for reviewing your images before and after the shot. The info screen for shot details is very useful and will help you adjust your shot for the lighting that is present if you know how to read the histograms. I liked that it had a food selection of pre-programmed settings and some manual allowances although not as manual as I would like. However, considering that the camera was purchased for quick shots, unlike my DLSR, I am pretty impressed with the camera. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone that is interested in getting a descent camera for point and shoot but wants an ultra compact size. Indoor shots and low light shots are very good as long as you are not too far away from your subject. Night settings on the camera are fairly good as well. The Image stabilization and face detection features are great to have and make taking pictures that much easier.
