This camera does exactly what is said in the summary about it! With its ruggedness and durability this camera can handle pretty much anything. Not to mention it is an underwater camera! Up to thirty feet of underwater range! I bought this camera with low expectations because it is the first underwater camera produced by Canon, but was I wrong. I soon took it on a trip to the Exumas, Bahamas....... The pictures i shot were breathtaking, whether it be a shipwreck or a beautiful reef this camera caught it all! Other reviews were iffy about the product so i was hesitant at first to buy it, but it was an excellent investment, I can now re-live my vactions with my Canon camera, I just plugged it into my Macbook laptop and it was smooth sailing from there. Very user friendly and easy use. The auto focus adjusts very well too.Though this camera is an underwater camera treat it with care because it can still be vulnerable wheter you take it on a white water rafting adventure or just use it in your pool, be sure to seal the charging holes and ports! If not you will get water in it, just like i did. Fortunately it was able to dry up and not damage the camera and it went back to working just as good as it used to. Not only that the video recorder was a nice add on by Canon! I highly recommend it, excellent for the money!
