Pros: High megapixel count.Wonderful flashGreat skin tone.Great pictures.Very little blinking with flash.

Cons: short battery life.Problem transferring after 100 pics from memory card.

Bottom Line:
Great camera. Brilliant flash that is better than the competitors in getting pics without blinking. Their autofocus is superb. Very durable and reliable.Only comment - short battery life. Read More

Very poor Cannon 980IXUS , over rated

Pros: None, taking it back, staying with the 10 times Optical Kodak 4 meg.

Cons: Poor picture quality the moment you zoom beyond 2 times, camera slow to process.

Bottom Line:
Poor image quality when using any zoom, slow to process images, 2 plus seconds till shutter is ready for next shot. Sorry i bought it.
