Cheap product.

Pros: The price was right, and they did replace the broken product. Did grind well.
Cons: Poor quality. Lots of static cling.
Bought this grinder 2 years ago at Costco. It ran well for roughly 4 months. Then noises one morning. Took off the hopper to find that the stem that holds the burr had broken off. Bought a new hopper only to find later that the machine wouldn't turn on. Called Cuisinart and they offered to replace the whole machine. Did have it replaced and now 6 months down the road I find that the burrs have worn out. POOR quality.
