The Bottom Line:
Excellent for espresso at home.
Like the other reviewers here I would thoroughly recommend the machine, known as Cafe Treviso in the UK. I drink coffee daily at Starbucks and other outlets and brew my own at the weekend. The machine was recommended to be by a friend from work, who also enjoys espresso.
The grind is important; to get the best from the machine I grind beans or regrind off-the-shelf packs to obtain a fine consistency, without it the coffee lacks taste and the all-important crema.
The brew filter/basket has interchangable sizes, single or double, it is insecurely attached and fall out when knocking out the spent grinds. I don't know how other machines deal with this.
