Pros: It is cheap and easy to clean, looks ok and is fairly small
Cons: Broke after less than 1 months' use and Delonghi customer service not the most helpful
Everyone else is raving about it but I'm not really very impresssed! Only had it a month and it broke, Delonghi customer service is fairly poor and my espresso is always cold!
