Earth, 2019: On a remote island, an US science team makes a frightening discovery. The North Korean Government quickly seals off the island chain. Contact with the science team is lost. The United States responds by dispatching an elite team of Delta Force Operators to recon the situation and report back to the Pentagon. Amid rising tensions between the US and North Koreans, a massive, 2km high alien ship is revealed in the middle of the island. The ship generates an immense force sphere, freezing a vast portion of the island and drastically altering the global weather system.

Pros: Graphics, gameplay, and customizing.
Cons: Takes quite a computer to run, an 8800 is almost required.

If your pc can play this even on low, I highly recommend playing it. You will not be disappointed.
Not your typical shooter, to say the least. This is one of the better games of the past 3 years at least. This game not only features fun gameplay and new game elements but it provides a new stepping point in graphical advances. This game looks real, almost life like. Every element amazes you, I found my self to lose track of my game mission while looking at effects and graphics. Almost everything can be destroyed, buildings, trees, even the grass moves. The physics are like no other with incredible rag dolls. The falling tree effect is quite neat, but i thought it was still quite fake looking and needed tweaking but it adds a nice element to the game. The multiplayer is very similar to the battlefield series and shows a huge potential with custom gameplay and mods for online play. The online seems sparse, but I am sure that is do to the requirements to get a decent frame rate. An 8800 is almost required to play this game. The gameplay is great, the graphics are outstanding, this is defiantly the best shooter of the year and some time to come. The large online play of battlefield series, the modifications of half life, and the graphics of no others.
