Pros: I ordered the product on Friday and received it the following Tuesday.
Cons: I received a damaged disk containing unusable software which Epson refused to replace.
I bought a Perfection V500 scanner through the Epson on line store. I chose that scanner because it contained Photoshop Elements software and my alternate selection did not. I received a damaged disk containing unusable software. Epson told me that I would have to get a replacement from Adobe. Adobe offered to sell me a replacement for $79.95. I called Epson again and was told they would not send me a replacement disk.
