Pros: quiet, fast, works out of box.
Cons: crappy film scan; mediocre photo scan; 4800 DPI not true;
Photo scan is not as good as my 6 year old 1200 DPI flatbed scanner.
Film scan is a joke.
You are better off with a lower cost, plan flatbed scanner.
If you want scan film, get a real film scanner. You don't really need DPI higher than 2000, just make sure it is REAL!
