Pros: Clear images, low power consumption
Cons: Poor customer service, not user friendly, lacks many features of the other scanners.
Having read the reviews I expect much more from this scanner. Epson does not provide an operating manual or operating instructions on line.The significant positive features include clear crisp copies, and low power consumption; the cons are clearly slow operation and limited documentation.
