Pros: There was a rebate
Cons: No Support from Epson
I bought this printer expecting a semi-pro quality product. I have been extremely disappointed from installation to replacement cartridges.
Print quality out of the box was horrible, and many adjustments were made to get an acceptable print. I was never able to get a quality print I would be proud to give to anyone.
With all the ink expended trying to get the printer adjusted I quickly needed replacement cartridges. They are not readily available at Office Depot, Staples, BestBuy, or Office Max, and I had to order them direct from Epson. The problem with the cartridges was that they were over six months old and would not work with the printer. So now I'm out another $120 to Epson.
3 calls to Epson have gone unanswered despite assurances that Tech Support would call me back.
I will never purchase another Epson product, and would advise anyone else to stay away from this company.
