FUJIFILM has introduced its award-winning EXR technology into the FinePix F70EXR, giving a significant improvement in image quality against other models. The F70EXR sports a neat, compact design, at only 22.7mm thick. The chassis is crafted into a beautifully sculpted shell with a double-coated lacquer finish. A Fujinon 10x zoom lens, developed in conjunction with the Super CCD EXR sensor, produces crisp, high-resolution results throughout the focal range, from 27mm wide-angle to 270mm telephoto.

Cons: Poor picture quality
Failure after one year.
I purchased the camera for a trip. After reading the manual and testing the camera out, I took pictures and found the results disappointing. Some of the pictures where not in sharp focus. This is in contrast to other cameras that I have used that would have easily focused on this subject (i.e., the focus object was not ambiguous). The EXR settings were even more dissappointing as the sucess rate was much lower than the automatic setting.
To make matters worse the camera has developed a vignetting issue in one of the corners just over a year after its purchase. I'm going to look elsewhere for the F70EXR replacement.
