If you love rpgs, especially classic rpgs, get it now. This is a remake that actually doesn't ruin the game.

Author's Review
I was slightly scared to get the game. After all, sometimes when games are remade they end up...not so good.
However, I really wanted to play the real FF3 (without having to get a fan-translated rom) so when I heard it would come out, I put my mind to get it.
This game is the only reason I even bought a DS.

When I actually had the game in my hands, I realized it was worth it. I can't seem to put it down for long. I love the 3d; I love the battle system; I love the music; I love the nice and smooth introduction to the game; I love the old fashioned style of the game.

This version also actually tells you who is able to equip what and if items help or not. (In many old games, you don't see that on screen and many times remakes forget to add that in).

Even the magic system is old fashioned ^^. If you like old final fantasies, you'll love this ff3 remake.
I just love it. (Also having it on an handheld is so practical. Now I don't have to yell at my mom when she wants me to go somewhere with her right in the middle of a boss battle)
