A good inexpensive phone

Pros: Caller ID, Caller ID to Memory storing ability, large enough for shoulder resting.
Cons: LCD Contract, weak signal to noise ratio, wouldn't use as a primary phone.
I got this as a phone extension for upstairs. It does the job of saving having to run downstairs to answer phone. However, its signal to noise ratio is poor. When carrying this phone around the house to talk, we get weak areas and strong areas. If you are around electronic equipment or the signal has to penetrate several walls, quality goes way down.
