Not bad for the money

Pros: Great cost, overall reliability
Cons: Buttons on these phones shouldn't wear out after 2-3 years.
We purchased this model for $20 from our local Sears 2-3 years ago. It is still working quite well. Even though a 900 MgHz signal isn't much by today's standards, I can walk outside the house and still be heard. The only problem is that after such a short period of time, the buttons on the kepad are starting to malfunction. The "3" and the "5" are such that we need to press them continually in order to get them to key in the number--sometimes to find after a bunch of pushing, that the phone has now entered 4 3s instead of just one. This is the only problem I've had with this, and the reason why (since we're now purchasing a second phone) this one will be relegated to the bedroom, with the newer model in the kitchen (where its more likely to be used).
