guitar hero Encore: says it right

Author's Rating: Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: new characters and retro inspired venues, get ready to thrash with the best of them

Cons: Just to easy for some because not hard at all easy to master the game.

The Bottom Line:
If you like the 80's buy it but if you don't just buy guitar hero 3 in stores now or just keep playing your guitar hero 1, 2 for now

Author's Review
This game was ment to be just a 3 addition to the guitar heros to get the older crowd involved in playing there old favorites my daughter (yes i said daughter) loves the game she is always wanting to play and get me to play is hard to do unless it is entertaining she beats me ever time i am still stuck in easy mode it is not hard i am just not hand eye type of person. But it is fun trying with a 8yr old.
I paid only 35.99 for the game and my daughter who is 8yrs old is already on mastering the medium level great game for all ages just not people with hand problems mine fall asleep after a while. Thing I hate about this product is that where are the girl bands of the 80's only a few on here was this only made for guys?

Song list is great includes
Metal Health (Bang Your Head) - Quiet Riot
We Got the Beat - The Go-Go's
I Ran (So Far Away) - A Flock of Seagulls
Balls to the Wall - Accept
18 and Life - Skid Row
No One Like You - Scorpions
Shakin - Eddie Money
Heat of the Moment - Asia
Radar Love - White Lion
Because It's Midnite - Limozeen
Holy Diver - Dio
Turning Japanese - The Vapors
Hold on Loosely - .38 Special
The Warrior - Scandal
I Wanna Rock - Twisted Sister
What I Like About You - The Romantics
Synchronicity II - The Police
Ballroom Blitz - Krokus
Only a Lad - Oingo Boingo
Round and Round - Ratt
Nothin' But a Good Time - Poison
Lonely is the Night - Billy Squier
Bathroom Wall - Faster Pussycat
Los Angeles - X
Wrathchild - Iron Maiden
Electric Eye - Judas Priest
Police Truck - Dead Kennedys
Seventeen - Winger
Caught in a Mosh - Anthrax
Play With Me - Extreme

All in all, Guitar Hero Encore: Rock's The 80's isn't a bad game but isn't quite enough to tide fans over who really want to party on down for a really good time. It still isn't a bad purchase for anyone who hasn't played Guitar Hero on the PS2 before.
