Pros: Reliable, fast even in duplex, wide range of media choices. Good quality print for image.

Cons: Does not support A3, difficult in fitting paper.

The Bottom Line: 
Although I say rarely jam, it will depend on how you fix the paper correctly. If A3 printing is a must then this will not for you.

Print Quality ~in 600dpi resolution which is clear and sharp for image and texts, unless the image is in low resolution and distorted after resized. For printing of documents and presentation slides are surely not a problem.

The printing speed is in 31 pages per min. It is significantly faster than a color copier, especially in bulk printing for over few hundred copies, even is in duplex printing.

Ease of Use ~ it allows print whatever the tray is available with the auto paper selection. If both trays fixed with media, it will print from the manual tray. All the control from your desktop, by selecting the functions from the "Print" command: bulk printing, duplex printing, selecting media types and select the "Source" where the media fixed.

Wide range of media available for use ~ the type of media from standard A4 plain paper to transparency, envelope (C5, DL), label, stock card, glossy card & recycle paper. The available media size up to legal size included A4 size. The weight range is from 60g to 220g.

The auto tray with 500 sheets capacity and a manual tray which is able to fix about 100 sheets of A4 paper. The media tray can be up to max of 6.

Installation and Setup ~ easy installation came with the CD ROM. The Ethernet capability allows the printer to be integrated into LAN network without passing through a server. Installation guide can be found on HP's official website.

Although the printer is pretty perfect, but there are some cons here. No A3 printing support. Auto tray can't pull out completely and narrow, difficulty in loading paper. If the paper jammed underneath (in the auto tray), it is quite difficult to clear it, so you have to fix the paper gentle and carefully.

Conclusion ~ it is an idea for LAN printing in a business office with a wide range of media selection, reliable quality and faster speed. However, it is not suitable for A3 printing.

The price range is in $1,300 to $1,700.
