Not the greatest printer in the world

Pros: -Quality of printing is well
-Ease of faxing
-Wireless printing is excellent
Cons: -Not designed for heavy duty printing
-Computer freezes while printing big jobs
The Bottom Line:
I wouldn't recommend this printer if you're going to print alot of big jobs. Too many paper jams, computer freezes while printing, printer never prints the correct number of copies.
Purchased the Hewlett Packard Officejet Pro L7780 All in One InkJet Printer a year ago for office use at our church. Either we are printing too much or this printer is not all it is cracked up to be. One of the main reasons it sucks is because you literally have to take breaks when printing big jobs. If I want 100 copies of a document from MS Word, I have to print 10 at a time. While it is printing, usually your computer freezes up and you aren't able to do anything else during that time. So that severely slows down your productivity to get other things done. Also if one ink cartridge is empty, the printer will not print anything at all (it takes 4 cartridges to print). Usually the printer seems to have a mind of its own; if you tell it to print 20 copies of a document in MS Word, it may only print 7.
One good thing about the printer is its wireless printer. We have 3 laptops and 1 desktop computer in the office, and we can all print without any of us having cords from our computer to the printer. All in all, we are looking for another printer that can handle our load!
