Cons: Wireless never worked for us, warranty issues with HP.

I have an issue about how much system resources this uses. "HPWuSchd.exe" could be the problem- I closed it, and printer now runs fine with no freezes.

HP's disappointing dishonesty

Cons: Models not clearly marked, questionable print-copy speed rating, questionable cost savings, slow duplexing.

I would not recommend this product. Also had issue installing the complete software on a new XP pro system so I installed just the print driver.
