hp Printer/Fax/Copier Headache

Pros: Brilliant color copies!
Cons: Jams up almost constantly. Updates itself while I am in the middle of copying.

Paper Jams Almost Always!
I agree with the majority of the reviews written on this hp printer/fax/copier. In my opinion it is a real headache to use.
More often than not, it gets paper jams successively, updates itself (almost every time) while I am in the middle of copying - which takes forever, and it does not have all the features you would think it does for the price. It does not even have double sided copying (not that I have been able to find).
This product is more trouble than it is worth. Our business is expanding and as a result, we will have to purchase a different, BETTER printer/fax/copier - one that actually works when we need it to work.
With that said, it does print out remarkable, brilliant photos. The color copier is sharp and vivid and the ink cartridge refills are relatively inexpensive. The computer screen has never given us a problem. The fax part is perfect and the electronics are sound. It is great also in that it communicates with our computers through WiFi! Sadly though, this machine jams up far too often! so much so that we are unable to use it and get it to work when we need it to, so we are being forced to buy a different one - one that works!
