Substantial dolls house with 5 rooms and the roof is hinged to lift up for a large attic room. It has balconies, stairs, opening doors, veranda etc. This is a stunning victorian dolls house. Comes flat-packed so requires some assembly. It weighs approx 15kg and is made of quality materials so please do not mistake this item with cheaper versions available that look that same. Made by skilled craftsman, the detail is fantastic. Access to the rooms is easy as the front and roof opens up. The house is 1:12th scale. Take a look at the photos and remember a little assembly but no painting required.
