Super FAST!!! With right MB can be seriously overclocked!

Pros: Very fast and a huge drop in price.
Cons: Must use a quality heat sink and fan, and use high quality thermal compound.

Very FAST CPU, easily overclockable (with good heat sink and fan), small watt/power foot print, at an AWESOME price.
This is the RETAIL BOXED Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz Processor, model no BX80580Q8200 with 4MB L2 cache and 1333MHz frontside bus. This is the second one I have installed with 2 extra case fans, and a high quality aftermarket heat sink, over sized fan (air not water/fluid) and with Artic Silver thermal paste, on a quality MB and got it to over clock stable by 30 to 40%. This is an extremely capable procesor out of the box without overclocking, and it seriously rocks when overclocked. Very stable, minimal temperature rise, and can be over clocked with a variety of software very easily.
Features include: Quad Core, Enhanced Intel Speedstep® Technology, Intel® EM64T 1, Enhanced Halt State (C1E), Execute Disable Bit 2, and Intel® Thermal Monitor 2.

The design produces awesome speed at vastly reduced wattage (power needed) and minimal increase over stock rated temperature.
What makes this a killer deal, is that Tiger Direct is offering the processor for just $189.99. This is the absolute best price I have ever seen on the retail boxed version. The retail boxed version comes with a much longer warranty, and superb documentation that is simply not available with the OEM version.
Additionally Tiger Direct is an excellent site with quick shipping, quick RMA, and strong customer support if needed.
