Kodak EasyShare Software and Digital Camera
| Author's Rating: |
|
Pros: Light weight, editable software, and many options.
Cons: Software requires a large hard drive with quick speed.
The Bottom Line:
Kodak has been a leader in photo technology, and they have created a camera as easy to use as a younger teen would need.
The Kodak EasyShare C182 Digital Camera is a reliable camera to grab on the go. I do not recommend it for going out on action shots or on the long distance shots.
These features make this camera awsome:
Low Price and includes video:
Mentioned above, about this camera, you can take it out and about and use the camcorder on it to do worry damage and loss free photography that you will love. My best shot on camcorder is award winning of my child on a ride at a harvest fest using the 5 minute camcorder on the camera. Easy to pick up, easy to use, the quality of Kodak and well worth the expense.
The nice large screan:
If you like a large screan and no lense hole, this camera is okay for you and in fact perfect for a preteen's use. I do like to have a peep hole for photography, but in a grab in go camera it is not so necessary, and your teen will not disappoint you at an $80.00 price range if it should come up lost. This option is not so great for bright lighting that makes it hard or impossible to see subject in the lit screen.
Tons of options:
There are a lot of options. There are things like in a meusem, no sound for flash, children in action shots feature, close range that does take small pictures, (I once took a clear picture of a bug up close), back lighting, low lighting, mountain shots for long range and distance, and lots more.
Edits done in artistical form turn out good:
Photos are really artistic and good quality when you use the software to enhance them, and they look good on photo paper. A tiny downside is that the allignment can get off sometimes from photo size to actual paper size when you use the zoom feature if you are not careful with pixels, (which I don't know anything about).
Editing software:
The editing software in Kodak EasyShare is so awsomely equipped with some ability to take an edit and crop, reduce red eye, change color and light, even make an artistic photo with black and white photo and cartoon print.
I would like to say in conclusion that if you really want a high resolution shot it may be best buy to think ahead about the higher end types, but those can be heavy and hard to toss around on a busy day. Therefore the Kodak camera is fun and Easy!
