Pros: Really like the ease of use and the steaming function
Cons: Breaks down easily
We bought this machine a year and a half ago. After 10 months, the bottom tray warped so that we could not remove it and we had to take it back for the defect. We got another one, since we really liked the machine, but After 4 months, the pump went out and it will not make espresso anymore. This was with only light use, sometimes not using it for a few weeks, or having only one to two coffees in a week.
