Recently purchased this machine at Bed Bath and Beyond. Very helpful salesperson steered us in the right direction. He explained the difference between steamers and pump machines. Glad he did or we would have gotten the wrong thing. Our final cost after the rebate and 20% off coupon was 95.00. This is our first cappuccino maker and are very pleased with it. Gives great froth and quick steam. We had a funny chemical taste when we first used it but, after a few cycles it went away. Now whenever we have family over we have to open up the "coffee shop" and get busy making lattes for everyone. I would definitely recommend this machine.
