Pros: Once I figured out what was wrong, the equipment seems pretty solid.
Cons: Dealing with LG's customer service is my biggest complaint.
I bought this product to have an extra DVD/Burner writer for my Mac mini. If I did not have to deal with LG's subpar customer service department I would not be writing this review.
