Good mascara for people who can hold a curl in their lashes

This mascara comes in a funky warped packaging that is unique for Lancome. The wand is also unique; it's flat on opposite sides but has bristles on the adjacent corners. It resembles pita bread. The formula is a little too watery for me and takes a long time to dry. Understand, that my eyelashes naturally pointed straight down and does not hold a curl well, so this formula weighs it down and by the time it dries, my lashes are in its original teriyaki skewer state. 
It adds legnth and dramatic darkness to your lashes, but you can't tell if they are pointing straight ahead. The mascara has also an strong rose scent to it that may bother some people. Lengthening mascaras have fibers in the formula that can be heavy and drag down lashes, so if you have trouble about that, you may want to avoid lengthening mascaras. The Hypnose mascara is good for people who want intense drama in their eyes; it separates, defines, lengthens, volumizes. It can be easily removed with makeup remover, but stays on all day.
The tricky thing with this mascara is that it can be clumpy at first when you apply but you must spend extra time to swipe off the clumps with a cleaner edge of the wand.
