Good looking, works, poor support

Pros: Looks great, works good, easy config, fast reboot
Cons: NO Linksys support what so ever.
We installed a building with SPA942's and spa 962
one spa 962 died on provisioning/configuring.
Just died. We took it back to our wholesaler, who ordered a new one. Took about a month to say linksys mexico did not have them and would take about another month.
Had to order from the states.
Cons, Linksys support:
"ohh you need to call this number " "ohh no, you need to call that number" "ohh you dont have your XYZ pin, I'm sorry, can't help you"
