The Logitech Clearchat PC Wireless Headset is a great product.  I bought this productbecause I got tired of getting caught-up in the cord from my previous headset.  I wanted to be able to move around my desk and work area and keep on my headset.  I have used this headset to listen to music and internet radio and the sound is great.  The volume control on the headset is easy to use.  I just tap on my right ear piece to turn the volume up or down.  When I charge the headset for about an hour, the charge lasts for over six hours.  I strongly recommend that you use the Antenna Stand that comes with your purchase.  The Antenna itself has a USB connection but it can bend and break if you are not careful enough with it.  I had the Antenna plugged directly into my laptop and one morning I moved my laptop and got the antenna caught on some other hardware and I bent and broke the antenna right at the USB connection.  I tried to order a replacement antenna using the Logitech website but I could not locate the part.  I then called Logitech to order the part and they informed me that they will not sell  the Antenna as a standalone replacement part.  They said they would swap the Antenna and Headset for $50.00.  I declined.  Since I was about 40 days into my purchase of the headset, I took it back to Best Buy.  I complained about the design of the Antenna that it sticks out too far from my laptop and that the connection right at the USB port is weak.  I also complained about Logitech's policy for not selling just the Antenna.  Kudos to Best Buy for replacing my headset at no charge.  I would like to see Logitech change their policy with regards to purchasing the Antenna.  I would also like for Logitech to design the headset so that I canswap out the rechargeable battery when it goes bad.
