Pros: Easy to configure, easily control all your devices, saves time/space/and headaches!
Cons: I haven't found any yet. I've had the remote 4 months, it's great!

Buy this remote if you have a home theater. You won't regret it.
I bought this remote to control my dish satellite DVR, XBOX 360, TV, Yamaha receiver and DVD player. It does all of the above and then some. I'll admit the first time I used the remote, the Harmony web interface was a bit clunky. Logitech listened to the concerns of their customers and released a free update to their software (version 5.3.2) and it fixed every issue that I had with the remote. It simplified the process of adding "activities" to the point that a complete novice shouldn't have the slightest problem. I'm pretty tech savvy, so I went a little beyond the basics and created activities for activities like listening to MP3's with the XBOX 360. It required maybe 20min of tinkering, but after that the results are pretty cool. This remote has saved my coffee table from the clutter of 6 remotes.
Another cool feature that isn't stressed enough, is if you have DVD/TV/Receiver setup, you can set the volume of the remote to control the receiver instead of the TV, so once in an activity you can program each button to do certain tasks on specific devices!!! It's awesome! Also, in an activity when you hit the power button to turn off a device, it turns off all your devices so you don't have to turn each one off individually.
