Pros: Superstar mode, franchise mode, and graphics

Recommend to anyone with ANY interest in football.
Madden 10 is a great football simulation game. Graphics are top-notch as with almost all sports games by Electronic Arts and the addition of little things like towels and handwarmers make it feel more in-depth than last year's version. Franchise mode and Superstar mode return. Franchise mode lets you become the owner of your favorite NFL team or one you have created (using the same team creator as last year). You control everything in this mode; from installing cup holders in your stadium to picking up that all-star free agent in the off-season. Although there are minor things that take away from the overall feel (not being able to trade future draft picks), it's still solid. Superstar mode lets you walk, run, and jump in the shoes of an existing football player, one you created, or a Road to Glory player that has graduated from NCAA Football 10. Superstar has the same cons as Franchise mode; although very realistic and enjoyable, small things take away fromthe overall value (no training camp and ratings that you don't have control of). At one point I was on a team with 4 other quarterbacks, so the owner AI is flawed too. The little things won't get in the way of overall enjoyment though.
