I know Mass Impact when I played on my friend's X-Box 360; I'm quite impressed with its beautiful sci-fi setting and great RPG environment.

Well...the PC version is released and now I finally able to explore the vast expanse of Mass Effect universe.

Mass Effect setting places you into an era where human has invented technology for space travel. Many aliens species formed alliance or at war with each other, while humanity took the chance to colonize planets and explore the universe.

Your character is Commander Shepard who has a great quest to save the galaxy by destroying a lot of hostile robots while collecting new technologies, weapons and armor. This is may sound like another RPG or shooting game, but Mass Effect is beyond that.

The ultimate strength of this game is its story-line with a degree of interaction that perhaps never achieved in other games. We often face a difficult situation where ethical norms must be well taken into account, don't expect a black-white situation. You'll be confused which is a good or bad decision.


You'll face many side-quests and free to explore many planets to find new alien species, ruins and strange technologies.

The graphic is absolutely wonderful. Everything is richly detailed. Luckily my 2900 XT is able to show all great details at 1920 X 1200 resolutions.

I recommend this game, even if you are not a RPG player, because you might become one after you play this game.
