Pros: A lot of features, powerful, flexible, intuitive unified user interface, the ribbon, Quick Steps, OCL-14.
Cons: Setting up IMAP accounts could be even easier. Improvements over Microsoft Outlook 2007 are modest.
Bottom Line:
Microsoft Outlook 2010 fully integrates with Microsoft Office 2010 and features a powerful streamlined user interface. It is easy to use and has a lot of features.

Some Minor Tweaks (Hello Ribbon Bar), But No Substantial Changes

Pros: Great as a stand-a-lone client; slicker interface; fully integrate with Office 2010; supports UM.
Cons: None so far.
Bottom Line:
Microsoft continues to improve its premiere messaging application; for me Outlook 2010 is (still) the contact management program for me and remains the best on the market, period!
