Pros: None.
Cons: you need a class to learn how to use it
The worst Microsoft product - shows that Microsft treats customers as their own serf. MS totally changed layout of all Word and Excel options. To use new MS product you need a class to learn where each option is - because now is located in totally different place than in MS Office 2003. For example - I want to insert a new line in Excel spreadsheet - I have no idea where this option is located, but know where it is located in Excel 2003. Everything taks me minutes to find. Now instead Word I am using Open Office. If you know how to use MS Office 2003 - don't buy new MS product, unless you are willing to take a class to learn how to use it.
