The xbox 360 gaming console is in my opinion one of the best gaming systems available today. The Xbox 360 has a wide array of games from kid friendly family games, all the way to hardcore shooters for a hardcore gamer. Microsoft did a great job of creating a gaming console that can be fun for a casual gamer or the gamer that spends more than 8 hours a week playing games. If you need help looking for a gift the Xbox 360 is surely a gift that will not dissapoint. The Xbox 360 even has a user friendly "dashboard" interface that only takes about four minutes of playing around with to learn the basics of using the console. With access to multimedia streaming applications such as Netflix and Microsoft's video marketplace, the Xbox 360 is used for more than just gaming. With the promise of many more accessories within the next few years the Xbox 360 will surley be the console that can do anything. The only problem with an Xbox 360 is that microsoft refuses to put a BluRay Disc player in the console which of course prevents you from watching the next generation of home videos. But overall the Xbox 360 isan all around great console.
