Most Reliable version to date

Pros: XboxLive, Support, Amount of games available, ease of use.
Cons: Have not had any issues from day 1.
The Bottom Line:
This unit won't let you down in the middle of a battle.
This is the most reliable version to date ever since Microsoft started actually doing something about the heatsink problems associated with the consoles (AKA the red ring of death). I haven't had any problems with mine and in my past experiences, I believe the support service from Xbox/Microsoft has certainly improved. In the end, this version has been the most reliable and I recommend it to those who are seeking a quality 360.
Some of the past versions of the 360 have had inferrior heat sinks associated with the processors (which the Xbox 360 has 4 processors), therefore has lead to overheating causing the heatsinks to break. The newest version of the 360 (such as the one that I'm currently writing the review for) has a new style of heatsink that provides a more reliable experience. If you're kinda iffy about purchasing a 360 because of the infamous "Red Ring of Death", definately do your research, but I've been with Xbox360 since the first time they've come out and this unit has been the most reliable & fun machine unit that I've ever had.
As for the hard drive capacity, it just depends on what type of content you are downloading. Some people want to complain about the harddrive not having enough capacity, but for the average user who mainly plays games rather than to download content via XboxLlive, this unit has plenty of capacity for you to play to your hearts content.
