We decided to purchase a new Vacuum last month after our old Hoover finally breathed its last breath. Mr. Hoover used to break down on us around once a week and was never really good at cleaning up behind him. After reviewing online forever I decided on the Miele Vac.
In walks Mr Miele to replace Mr. Hoover.
He has over this past month become my best friend. Tall, Handsome, and built perfectly (Maybe it is because i was used to the older Mr. Hoover for so long). While we walk around together and I am on the phone instead of always having to talk over him he hums quietly along while i can speak without raising my voice over the phone. What used to take me a few trips across each strip of my carpet in order make sure there were no stranger left behind us has become one confident stride across the room with Miele humming along, Never having to look behind worrying we were leaving small strangers on the floor behind us. When it comes time to give Miele a rest for the day he fits perfectly and easily in his resting spot instead of me having to kick and scream just to fit the old occupant in the same space.
Never once so far as he let me down always performing perfectly and making me beleive he cares about his work.
I actually think I will go pay him a visit now just to hear his quiet humming as we gracefully walk around our room.
OK - Now detailed info on the actual Vacuum:
It is easy to use, lightweight, Great for carpet AND hardwood floor. It is really easy to move around and the retractable cord is well designed but on the short side. As far as the power goes it cleans very well on even the lowest setting so using it on the highest setting is unnecessary. Really quiet for a vacuum and the rubber coated casters make it easy to move around especially on wood floor surfaces. Has two clips to stand the wand up so it doesn't have to lay on the floor. Overall all kidding aside its a great addition for any home no matter the size.
