This is a great camera! I bought it right before a scenic trip, and it took amazing pictures! It is great for anyone learning how to use a DSLR camera! I loved how easy it was to use this product! The Nikon D3000 is a great camera for beginner to an experienced photographer! The best part about this camera is the price! SO CHEAP! It is a great camera for the price! Many people don't want to go spend a lot of money, but here is a camera half the price of other SLR cameras that can shoot pictures just as good! The only down side to the camera is the 18-55 lens. Don't get me wrong, it's a good lens, but it is just a standard lens. There are many other lenses out there for this camera. Another thing I liked about this camera is the endless possibilities of accessories that you can buy for this camera! I found the walk through mode on the camera very helpful when first getting this camera! It helped me learn all the controls, and showed you all the settings to use for all of your different photographic situations. I would encourage anyone out there on a budget, but still looking for a quality camera to go with the Nikon D3000 with the 18-55mm lens! You will be very satisfied!
