Pros: Stays in place, Incoming sound is great
Cons: Outgoing call background noise is loud to callers.
I bought the Plantronics Discovery 925 Headset for hands-free driving. The fit is great - stays in ear w/out the over-the-ear attachment. Charging case is great for carrying the headset & for charges
The downside is that eventually callers cannot hear me - big problem! I have run a consulting practice in which I'm on the road often and need a dependable product to use. I'm hoping that this issue is simply a single issue with my unit only. We'll see!
Have had to return my headset twice due to no sound from the microphone - my callers cannot hear me! There are no buttons to reset the headset nor any troubleshooting for this issue. Works fine for 3 months & then callers only hear faint sound from my end!
Plantronics has been very responsive to the sound problems on my headset - have had to return it 2 times however they sent the 2nd one back stamped 'refurb' & it's now doing the same thing!
