Pros: Comfort. Held a charge for a long time. Incoming sound was great.
Cons: Outgoing sound quality, lost signal to my phone several times.
If you're going to be using this headset around the house or office, you're fine. If you're going to be using it in your car or other environments where you might get background noise, think again. This might not be the headset for you if you care what your voice quality is for the other end. I thought this headset was comfortable and the sound quality of the person you are talking with is great but I received several complaints about my sound quality to the person whom I was talking. I have a newer nice car with minimal road noise but it didn't seem to matter. This headset often lost connection with my phone several times. Not sure what the problem was there.
