Multipoint is Faulty

Pros: Decent voice quality (as long as there's no wind). Long battery life. Convenient charging station.

Cons: Multipoint feature doesn't work well. Too bulky. Poor range (requires line of sight).

One of main reasons I chose this one was because its ability to connect to two phones concurrently. I carry a personal and a business phone, so it's a useful feature to have. However, the headset has trouble staying paired with both phones even when both phones are in standby (no calls). It gets worse if I'm talking on one phone. It drops connection with the other phone every minute or so and then immediately re-pairs, sounding a beep every time, which is extremely annoying when I'm trying to have a conversation on the other phone. If I leave the house with only one of the two phones, sometimes the headset refuses to pair with it altogether, as if it is searching for the other phone. Very irratating when you are trying to quickly answer an incoming call.

Also, the headset is rather bulky and rubs against my jacket collar when I turn my head, sometimes pushing it out of my ear.

Voice quality is good as long as there's no breeze. Battery life is very long; never ran out of battery on me, and I only charge it once or twice a week. The charging station is convenient.
