Only choice for business users

Pros: Long battery Good comfort Solid sound quality
Cons: Single rocker button for everything is difficult to control the volume
The Bottom Line:
Only solution for business users.
After tossing between Jawbone and plantronics, I decided to go with Plantronics.
Using this bluetooth adapter for 3 months, it came down to four things.
1. Comfort (can you wear it all day long)
2. Sound quality (hearing what people say, as well as them able to hear you)
3. Battery life
4. Usability (charger, answering calls, volume, etc)
There are other things and we will go through that.
Comfort:
This unit is very comfortable. We own two other units (Motorola H500, Samsung WEP410) and this one is the best. WEP410 is more comfortable in many ways, but without the loop i am afraid of it dropping out of my ear. 520 is the best of the both worlds.
Sound quality:
Very good. Although I find it difficult to hear in the car when talking to people on the speakerphone on the other end. I can hear things clearly in a quiet environment, and the person on the other line can't tell I am on a bluetooth headset. There are no static or other annoyances with sound.
Batter life:
The strongest part of this unit is the battery life. Most others rate about 3 days of standby but 520 doubles that easily. It has 8 hours of talk time, and 180 hours of standby. In my experience of chatting hour or two a day, I have never ran out of battery by charging 2x a week.
Usability:
Unit connects to my phones (IPhone and Blackberry 8830) with no problems. The single rocker switch is the weakest part of this unit where increasing or decreasing the volume is tough without disconnecting the call. I use the phone to change the volume. The charger comes disassembled in two pieces consisting of a stand and the charging code. You could take the stand out and carry the cord, but I just carry both.
Summary:
For business users, this is the only choice. With the 8 hour talk time, I find this to be the only choice for business users who wants to talk all day on the phone without worrying about the battery running out is a plantronics.
