This camera was bad right out of the box . I noticed a smudge mark and was told by Samsung to Berry Pro Camera service in New York. It came back in 3 days worse than before and not working at all. I've been on the phone with Samsung over a month with NO HELP. Asking me to fax my receipt over and over and telling me they will have a result and call me back in 24 hours . Its been almost a month of repeated calls. I found out 1 800 Samsung is another third party company in New Jersey and not Samung at all. Poor camera and the worst costumer service I ever experienced.
