Having had a Dyson, Hoover and Electrolux all of which lost their suction after a few months, I was despairing of finding a cleaner which would pick up my dog's hairs from carpets and furniture. Having scoured the internet I came across the Sebo which I had not previously heard of. I found a site which sold it at a very good price and also offered a week's free trial, return and refund if not satisfied. Couldn't ask for more! I sent them an email asking if it was really as good as the reviews I had read and explaining the situation with my dog. A very nice gentleman rang me and we discussed the K3 and the X4. As I have bad arthritis in hands and back and no stairs, he agreed the X4 was the best bet. I have now had it for a month and I am absolutely delighted with it. The suction is phenomenal and almost lifts the cushions off the settee! It is extremely easy to push, it almost goes off on its own.
