Pros: Looks sleek.
Cons: Stops working after a year: no time display, no alarm, no radio.
I paid about $70 for the first one. It worked great, and I loved the two-alarm setting with independent radio station choices. I loved the display brightness controls. Plus it looked sleek. Then, about a year after I bought it, when I tried to change the alarm setting, it emitted a single beep and the screen went blank. No buttons worked. We unplugged it, waited, plugged it back in, and still no buttons worked to set the time, the alarm, or play the radio. A random punching of buttons got it to work for a time, then it went dead again. We purchased a second unit and the same thing happened within a year. I'm done with this product. I am angry. Sony's website offers no recall nor other supporting information about why this is happening--nor does the website offer to make it right. We purchased an RCA clock radio for my husband's side of the bed and have continued using a 15-year old clock radio on my side of the bed.
