Great value for your money

Pros: Great range of sound driven by 40mm drive cones
Cons: A little uncomfortable on the head (not the ears) after prolonged use.
The Bottom Line:
I would recommend these headphones to everyone, especially those producing music. I produce music myself and couldn't recommend anything else for the value.
These headphones are really good value for your money. They produce an amazing range of sound; the treble isn't too loud as to make your ears ring after use, and the bass isn't too powerful to give you a headache after prolonged use. The midrange output is actually impressive making it easy to pick out voices during periods where the music is louder than the voices in the song or movie. There are sliders on each speaker itself that change the speakers from "music" to "movie" mode. These sliders are actually just chambers that open or close to allow the bass to reverberate either more or less depending on your preference.
The comfort of these headphones are a little less than desired. The headband is an open stringy thing that has two pieces of hard plastic that cross over the top of your head. The softer rubber pieces that cross underneath those harder plastic ones don't have much of a "soft" feel to them and end up hurting after a little while if you have the headphones snugly fit to your head. The earpieces do NOT swivel, therefor the headband must remain in one place. The speakers inside the earpieces themselves are angled which helps in preventing putting the headphones on backwards, however they are clearly marked "L" and "R" on the outside casing. They have soft cushions that wrap around the earlobes allowing your ears to remain free of pressure that normally leads to pain after prolonged use.
All in all, they are excellent headphones that are worth buying, although they're quite large in size. The speakers are both 40mm drive cones helping to deliver an amazing range of sound. Definitely worth the money!
