I have to say, I can't think of anything negative to say about this game. We also have the Wii Console and we own Tiger Woods 08 for that, which we all loved, so we had to get Tiger Woods 09 for the PS3 once we purchased the console. Right from the start you can see that they did an amazing job making this game. The "realness" of it is amazing! You can see the blades of grass moving in the wind, if you accidently hit a character on the game that's "watching" the hole he'll grab his leg and jump like he's really hurt, and best of all - you can upload a picture of YOU and they will have your player with YOUR face! It's amazing - I'm not golfing with a character I spent an hour tweaking to look like me, I'm actually golfing with a character that IS me! Playstation has came a long way with the PS3 - some of the options that are now available are amazing! When you first start the Tiger Challenge you'll begin with "easy" tasks and as you build your attributes your player gets better and better! There's a huge selection of items you can purchase from the Pro Shop and you can really make your player look like you want! My husband is the golfer of the family - me, I'm not. Golf never interested me and I still have no desire to play "in real life" but I can say I play Tiger Woods 09 a few times a week and love it! It's great for "true" golfers and even for people like me who have NO idea how to really play the game! The tutorials will actually help you learn the "true" game. Now when I watch golf on TV with my husband I actually know what's going on - it's it's all because of Tiger Woods 09!
