Pros: A fun and interacting online game.
You might be able to learn something from it.
Cons: The monthly fees are crazy.
Also it does get pretty addicting.
The Bottom Line:
I recommend this to anyone who enjoys doing this kind of stuff. Although I thought I wouldn't like it, I soon later on did.
This game is an extremely fun game. For the fact that there is always something to do, it basically never ends. It's a huge online mulitiplayer game. It involves alot of socializing with people. Reasons I own this product is because I have a Friend who plays it and they convinced me to play about a year ago. At first I had no intrest in it, that I actually took it off my computer. This game cost around $40 but the monthly fees are $14.99. Although the first month you make, your account you get one free month. So there is always room to try before you buy.
Anyone can play, age and gender. The game does involve ALOT of thinking. Other then that the games graphics are really good, well for the fact that it would matter on what kind of computer you have. Downloading takes awhile. If you have all three expansions it may take even longer.(after all the downloading you have to download patches, which are addons in the game or glitches they have found and fixed) What can I say, if millions of people sign on everyday wouldn't you think it's worth while? So think about the company, Blizzard is probably making alot of money. Most likely for the crazy stupid online fees. If it was worth paying for then I guess for a true gamer that's nothing.
It's pretty easy to make an account you just go to http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/index.xml
and scroll down to account management and go from there. After the game is done downloading you have the loggon screen pop up and press play then type your information in, and your pretty much good to go. All together if you want to give this game a try, I say go for it.
